Biography: Pettine was a staff writer for 14 strange and informative episodes of long-ago cancelled cooking and entertaining show. He escaped the abusive hours and low pay of that basic cable nightmare and now makes his living as a writer and script supervisor in the New York independent film world. The hours are worse and the pay is the same but at least it isn't video. Pettine expects to take a significant pay cut as he is soon to direct his debut feature film "Better Living Through Chemistry".
